Your account and joining organisations
One sign-in, several organisations, and how to switch between them.
Most organisations use a shared ReoConnect account: you sign in once with your email, and the same sign-in works for every participating organisation you belong to.
- If you are told your email already exists, you already have an account — sign in and you will carry on where you were going.
- Once signed in, the name at the top of the page shows which organisation you are looking at. Use it to switch.
- Your membership belongs to each organisation separately, so leaving one does not affect another.
- Some organisations run their own separate sign-in instead. In that case your details for that organisation are kept apart, and you sign in on their page.
If your organisation uses a work sign-in, such as RealMe or Microsoft, enter your email first and you will be sent to the right place automatically.
