Ask a question

How to ask so you get a useful answer quickly.

You can ask from the organisation's page, from a link they sent you, or by scanning one of their QR codes at an event.

  1. 1Choose Ask a question.
  2. 2Pick the topic that fits best — this decides who sees it first.
  3. 3Write the question in your own words. One question per item works best.
  4. 4Say how you would like to be contacted if you want an answer.
  5. 5Send it, and keep the reference you are shown.

If the organisation has already published an answer to the same thing, you will be shown it before you send, so you may get your answer straight away.
